Today's weight: 214.
That just made me angry.
Today's diet:
Good. I came in at just under 1600 calories. I got in my lean protein, my whole wheat, and some of my dairy. I did not get my leafy greens so I need to make sure I get them tomorrow. And I drank all my water.
I'll be posting updated stats tomorrow. I am not looking forward to it.
But I need the reality check.
