I want to be a "Fat Head"!

Another recommendation for those of you interested in naturalizing your diet and learning more about health in general:

"Fat Head" the movie

The movie is basically a response to Morgan Spurlock's "Super Size Me" documentary.  He uses that as a springboard to discuss the misinformation that is out there about what constitutes healthy food.  He discusses the impact industrialized processed food and oils has made on our diets and health and the politics behind it.  The best thing about it though is... IT IS FUNNY :)  It actually makes you laugh as you learn.  Its a very a tongue and cheek approach and refreshingly honest.  Check it out!
